There’s not many things that get me more excited than cool covers for dog books (okay, maybe a couple other non-dog book related things, too!). That said, Julie Klam has two covers that will make any dog book fan drool — and a handsome animated book trailer to boot!
Based on the book by J.R. Ackerley, My Dog Tulip, is a good, not great dog movie — mainly because I felt the storyline spent a little too much time focusing on Tulip’s desire to procreate. Not that I’m a prude by any means, but I digress…
Still, I couldn’t help but admire the film’s elegant, eye-popping animation and use of voice-over by Christopher Plummer — so it’s definitely worth a watch on Netflix.
